Again in 2000, Q&R acquired a 37% stake in European Profiles, a management Consultancy Company, member of the Greek Association of Management Consultants, by scheduled participation of the former in the share capital increase of the latter. Founded in 1991, European Profiles provides an array of services at national and international level from a diversified staff of 40 consultants, with expertise in economics, management, sociology, information technology and law. The company has its main offices in Athens and three regional offices in Greece as well as offices in Moscow, Kiev and Brussels.

The company's range of activities is: Planning and management of operational development programs, Technical assistance to Government, Regional & Local authorities for defining policies and implementing development programs, Organisational consultancy to private enterprises with emphasis on information technology applications, support and development and Organisational consultancy to public organizations.

European Profiles specializes in development and research programs funded by the European Commission and the World Bank, mainly for countries of Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.

European Profiles via its IT department EPIS holds expertise in the areas of Web development, database analysis & implementation, multimedia development by using technologies like: C++, Java, HTML, JavaScript, Asp, Macromedia Director, CorelDraw and other similar tools and technologies.
