(Q&R) was established in 1992, with the aim of providing Integrated Information Technology Solutions to medium and large enterprises. Since its creation, Q&R's goal has been to focus on its customers, and offer Quality services & Reliable software. The company's Integrated Information Solutions meet the constantly growing demands of the Business, Industrial, and Public sectors of the market. Staff involvement, Quality service, & Reliable software are the building blocks to Q&R's success in the IT market.

From the beginning of 1999 the biggest Greek IT conglomerate, Pouliadis & Associates S.A., participated in Q&R's capital share with a 40% stake. This agreement is a continuation of the cooperation of the two companies, regarding the development and provision of Integrated Information Systems for the IT market worldwide.

Q&R's unceasing growth inevitably had forwarded the company to the doorstep of the Greek Stock Market. The company was listed in the Athens Stock Exchange on August 2000, and has raised almost 16 million Euros to be invested in the further evolution of the company's activities, as well as in the exploitation of new business opportunities. According to the new codification for companies admitted to the Athens Stock Exchange, Q&R belongs to the sector of Information Technology.

In the context of the company's expansion policy to the national and international market, Q&R moved towards strategic cooperations (in the form of share capital participation) with leading companies in the IT market. Today Q&R has formed a group of companies covering all of the major sectors of the Information Technology market. This group structure is expected to bring substantial overvalue in the future.
