The ORAMA HRM is an integrated multicompany system for the Personnel and Payroll Management, which is developed in graphic environment (GUI - DEVELOPER 2000), which operates under a UNIX or WINDOWS NT operating system and an ORACLE relational database.

The ĪRAMA HRM was created as a result of a long and accumulated experience that Q & R acquired in the fields of management and payroll, in order to give innovative solutions to problems encountered by large private companies, banks as well as businesses of the public sector in those areas.

The ORAMA HRM consists of the following interconnected subsystems:

All the above-mentioned circuits are characterized by their friendliness and the possibility of being parameterized.

AUTOMATIC CREATION OF PAYROLL MOVEMENT (FOR A GROUP OF EMPLOYEES /FOR ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES)

Specification of the fixed wages that are determined according to the contract /job position/specialty with full time employment
Specification of the above-mentioned wages for a specific period, part of the creation period
Movement alterations with addition of extraordinary allowances/compensations/forfeitures and the time required for their effectuation (even outside the specified period) for the precise valuation
Specification of strike, holiday, suspension
AUTOMATIC CALCULATION OF THE BACK PAYS
The reasons are the following:
Change of the personal payment details
Change of the payroll details of the previous period
Signing of labor contract
Change of details concerning the insurance pay offices and the unions

Participation of special payments in the back pays (provided it is required)
Analytical presentation of the back pays payroll details
