Front Office Retail Management Module
API Module
Back Office Sales Management Module
Sales MIS Module
Front Office Retail Management Module
According to Q & R one of the most important factors in the
management of one company, is the constant contact and interaction
with the clients. Those who are in constant touch with the clients
is the sales personnel, this is the reason why it is necessary for
them to be satisfied with the systems they are using for the entry
and management of the sales. Taking this into consideration, Q &
R proceeded to the development of this application.
API Module
Is the communicative channel between the financial applications
of the retail store and ORAMA S.M.A.R.T. It translates details,
so that those details can be comprehensible to all financial applications
of the retail store. It also collects information from the accounting
sub-system.
Back Office Sales Management Module
It is the collector and the distributor of the information. It
operates based on ORAMA S.M.A.R.T. and it collects information from
every PC that registers sales in every store and distributes details
to the economic applications of every system, by means of API Module.
Sales MIS Module
It provides constant communication between BACK OFFICE and SALES
MIS. The information provided from the local network of every store,
and more specifically from the economic sub-system, is organised
in static and dynamic report and graphics. The sub-system MIS, organises
the information in two basic types: STATIC and RUNNING, and REAL
TIME Reports and Charts. Both types represent the sales according
to the following criteria: store, product category and products.
