In order to achieve this goal Quality & Reliability S.A. has established, documented, implemented and maintains a quality system that conforms to the ISO 9000 series of standards.
A Quality Manual has been issued, that covers the requirements of the ISO 9000 standards, including all quality system procedures. Every member of Q&R is trained to practice the procedures defined within the Quality Manual.
Quality & Reliability S.A has been following the ISO 9000 standards since 1998. The company is certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance for ISO 9001:1994 and recently for ISO 9001:2000. Conformance to ISO 9001 standard has provided an excellent basis against which to measure our company's quality system. ISO 9001 covers all stages of product development, from design through servicing the delivered product.
