The project, implemented as part of the broader digital transformation of the Justice sector and falling under Operational Unit 1 (OU1) of the overall “Upgrade and Expansion of ICT Infrastructure in the Justice Sector” initiative, comprised the procurement, installation, configuration, and commissioning of specialized hardware and software, as well as the development of ten advanced information subsystems.

With deep expertise and a steadfast commitment to the project’s public mission, Quality & Reliability designed and delivered a complete information ecosystem that ensures:

  • Full digitization of the Court of Audit’s workflows
  • Integrated management of all audits conducted by the Court of Audit
  • Full digitization of the workflows of the General Guardianship Authority of the State
  • A modern online portal for delivering digital services and engaging with citizens and stakeholder organizations
  • Secure digital handling and routing of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Interoperability with other key public bodies and judicial authorities
  • Creation of a digital repository of legal content and operational knowledge, with automated anonymization
  • Assurance of timely administrative reporting and informed decision-making

The presentation of the project took place during an informational event co-organized by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Digital Governance, and Information Society S.A., in the presence of numerous representatives from the political, judicial, and technology communities.

Among others, greetings and remarks were delivered by:
