Quality & Reliability S.A. has signed a contract with Information Society S.A., following an open electronic public tender, for the implementation of a significant project concerning the development of the Negotiation and Electronic Procurement System and related applications for the National Central Health Procurement Authority (E.K.A.P.Y.).

The total contractual value amounts to €3,998,700 (excluding VAT), with an option right that may increase the total amount up to €4,498,700.

The project is part of the National Civil Protection Program “AIGIS” and is funded by the European Investment Bank (EIB). The contractual implementation period is set at eighteen (18) months.

The scope of the project includes, on the one hand, the design and implementation of an integrated electronic procurement support system to meet the needs of E.K.A.P.Y., and on the other hand, the expansion and upgrade of the existing system through the integration of new functionalities, aiming to support the updated procurement and negotiation process.

The new system will fully cover the operational requirements of the entities served by E.K.A.P.Y. and will include, among others, subsystems such as an e-marketplace, electronic negotiation, a web portal for user and supplier support, a reporting and data management system, access and user management, as well as interoperability with existing public sector information systems.
