This acquisition marks a decisive strategic step towards strengthening QNR’s position in the SAP ERP solutions market.
The acquisition is part of QNR’s strategic expansion into high value-added sectors, with a focus on specialized SAP enterprise solutions, which now constitute a key pillar of the company’s strategy for its next phase of growth, both in Greece and international markets.
Alexander Moore is one of the most established providers of integrated SAP Business One solutions in the Greek market, with specialization in sectors such as maritime, tourism, insurance, and commercial enterprises. The company has extensive experience in the vertical design and implementation of SAP Business One solutions, integrating advanced modules for predictive analytics, artificial intelligence and IoT technologies, with applications in organizations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.

According to the terms of the binding agreement, QNR will acquire 76.19% of the shares of Alexander Moore for €1,493,324, subject to the achievement of specific business targets for 2025. In the event these targets are not met, the total consideration will be proportionally adjusted in accordance with the binding agreement.
