Quality & Reliability S.A. (QnR), as a member of the ADACOM – QnR consortium, has signed a contract with the Hellenic National Public Health Organization (EODY), following a public electronic tender procedure, for the development and implementation of the project:

“Physical Security Infrastructure, Information Security and Business Continuity Systems.”

This constitutes a high value-added project for the QnR Group under the framework of the Recovery Fund, confirming the Group’s strategic positioning in high-criticality projects within the Greek Public Sector and reinforcing its role as a technology partner in national resilience initiatives, risk management and the protection of critical infrastructure.

Specifically, the project concerns the comprehensive enhancement of resilience and cybersecurity capabilities of a critical Public Health organization, safeguarding its information systems, operational processes and physical infrastructure.

The total contractual value amounts to €1,199,750.00 (excluding VAT), with an option right that may increase the total amount up to €1,799,625.00 (excluding VAT).

The project is implemented under the Public Health prevention programme “SPYROS DOXIADIS,” co-financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0.”

The contractual implementation period is five and a half (5.5) months.

Project Scope and Strategic Significance

The project includes the supply of hardware and software, as well as the provision of specialized services covering:

• Upgrade of hardware and software infrastructure
• Development of cybersecurity expertise
• Risk management and mitigation of information security threats affecting systems and applications
• Technical security assessments
• Review and enhancement of existing information security procedures, including exercises and testing
• Supply and installation of specialized information security equipment and software

The project will be implemented in five (5) distinct phases, ensuring systematic coverage of both logical and physical security requirements of the Organization.
