PALAU SHIP REGISTRY selected Alexander Moore to deliver a comprehensive SAP B1 system aimed at achieving full control over finance, invoicing, and customer management—enhancing transparency, speed, and day-to-day operational efficiency.
At the same time, E V TECHNOLOGY HUB GREECE entrusted Alexander Moore with the implementation of SAP B1, with a strong focus on structuring financial and commercial processes.

The project covers end-to-end management of the company’s business processes, including procurement/expenses and sales, as well as critical financial management functions—creating a unified control framework, improved real-time visibility, and a stronger foundation for growth.
