At a time when the growth of the digital economy and the digital transformation of businesses are significantly increasing the demand for specialized technology skills, investing in human capital and the next generation of professionals has become a critical pillar for national development. In this context, Quality & Reliability (QnR) Group is launching a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening the connection between academic knowledge and the labor market, through a collaboration with the University of Peloponnese and with the contribution of Alexander Moore – SAP Partner, a member of the Group. The initiative aims to develop modern digital skills and cultivate a new generation of professionals equipped with practical knowledge in advanced enterprise technologies.

As part of this collaboration, a six-week professional training program titled “SAP Business One Training: The Path to ERP Specialization” has been developed. The program will be delivered fully online, starting on Monday, May 11, 2026, and concluding on Saturday, June 20, 2026. Applications will be open from March 10 to April 22, 2026. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate of Professional Training issued by the University of Peloponnese and Alexander Moore – SAP Partner. Selected participants will also have the opportunity to undertake internships within QnR Group companies, gaining hands-on experience in real technology projects and enterprise applications.
This initiative forms part of QnR Group’s broader strategy to support the development of a strong digital skills ecosystem in Greece, by investing systematically in knowledge, education, and the creation of new opportunities for the next generation of professionals in the digital economy. Through collaborations with the academic community and by leveraging the expertise of the Group’s companies, QnR actively contributes to shaping a modern framework for talent development and innovation, strengthening the connection between education, the labor market, and the needs of the real economy.
