Project title : Judicial Case Management Software System for Civil and Criminal Justice

The project included the:

- Design and Implementation of an integrated information system that incorporates various applications (subsystems) to support the operation of all units of the courts involved in the flow of each court case (Criminal and Civil).
- Creation of a homogenous information environment for the Greek Courts charged with criminal and civil matters.

Software Subsystems: Portal, MIS, Document Management and Workflow

The System incorporates interoperability with 10 Institutions of the Public Administration.

Technologies used: Oracle Tools and Technologies (Oracle VM, RDBMS, Knowledge Management Subsystem, Application & Web Server, Security & Users Management Software, Portal, Infrastructure Management Software. Interoperability Software (SOA-based), BPEL Software, Development Tools, ETL (Extract – Transform – Load)

Project management actions related to IT, including project planning, evaluation of variations, implementation of actions to be taken to correct gaps, monitoring of the project implementation, performance of integration tests, maintenance and project risk evaluation. The Prince2 Methodology was adopted.
