Detailed description of project:

This is a project in the field of governmental electronic data management system concentrating on national scale software development.

This project included:

1) Development of a system for insured citizens management. The system provides the following:

-For each insurance fund, management of its insured members registry
-For all the insured citizens, management of their insurance history

2) GIS for the management of the Medical Care indrastructures

3) BI for insurance data management

Thus, the project’s core Subsystems are:

-Insured Citizens Management
-Advanced Geographical Intelligence Services
-BI and Common Platform for Collection, Processing and Management of Data

This social security project, also included data cleansing for working (more than 5.000.000) persons. The information that is collected from the production systems (accounting departments) is cleaned, homogenised and stored in a central infrastructure.

The System incorporates interoperability with 15 Institutions of the Public Administration.

Detailed description of project

This is a project in the field of e-government or governmental electronic data management system concentrating on national scale software development.

System’s main provided functionalities include:

Pensions’Award and Parametric Calculation of Pensions, according to the Legislation

  • Employers’ Registry
  • Management of Employers’ Insurance Clearance
  • Pensions’ payment Subsystem
  • Interconnection and Interoperability Subsystem
  • BI and Reports’ Management Subsystem

The project involved, also, the issue of European Health Insurance Card for treatment outside the country.

The System incorporates interoperability with 15 Institutions of the Public Administration.
