Gerasimos Galatis has over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, specializing in SAP architecture, IT governance, and the design and delivery of large-scale digital and business transformation initiatives across international environments.

Throughout his career, he has led numerous SAP implementation and transformation projects, building and managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries. He has played a key role in establishing SAP practices, designing delivery models, and implementing governance frameworks that ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency. His expertise spans a broad range of SAP ecosystem solutions, with a strong focus on financial transformation, cloud strategy, and enterprise application modernization.

Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions in the Professional Services and Chemicals sectors, where he was responsible for architectural standards, delivery methodologies, and regional operations. He holds multiple internationally recognized certifications, including TOGAF® Practitioner, ITIL® 4 Managing Professional, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner and CBAP®, as well as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
