A new IT project has been undertaken by Q&R for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The company "QUALITY & RELIABILITY S.A. – PLANETA.E." entered into a contract with the Information Society
(IS), for the project "Strategic and Operational Planning Support System for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs," within
Action 16742 "Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs," with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs being
the main beneficiary of the project. In the consortium, QUALITY & RELIABILITY S.A. participates with a share of
80%. The total budget for the project amounts to €4,008,854.00 plus VAT, while the amount allocated to the
company is €3,207,083.20 plus VAT.

The purpose of the project is to implement the digital transformation of the Strategic and Operational Plan of the
Ministry, i.e., to align its goals with its resources. This is of significant importance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
as it can substantially contribute to the broader visibility of its work and the optimization of resource utilization
through targeted alignment with its objectives. Through the project, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will establish
unified processes for the Strategic and Operational Plan (SOP), leveraging the positive aspects and experience
gained from its previous activities.
