The strategic acquisition of E-XIM IT S.A., one of Poland's leading ServiceNow specialists and holder of both ServiceNow Elite Partner (Reseller) and Premier Partner (Consulting & Implementation) status, marks a significant milestone in QnR's international expansion. Beyond establishing a strong regional presence in Central and Eastern Europe, it strengthens the Group's Enterprise Digital Transformation capabilities and adds a new strategic pillar around the ServiceNow ecosystem.
