ORAMA HRMS (Human Resources Management System) Personnel Selection and Recruitment System was developed to meet the needs of organizations in the Greek public sector and offers flexibility and expedites the hiring processes.

Through a dedicated portal, citizens who are interested can stay informed about a job vacancy and submit their applications along with the necessary supporting documentation.

The system is developed using cloud technology that supports installation and operation on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and includes the following features:

• Creation of job vacancies. Announcements are created parametrically and can include multiple job positions nationwide, multiple evaluation criteria such as education, marital status, locality, etc.
• The final application of candidates is dynamically generated based on the created announcement.
• Multiple examination and interview centers plus distribution of candidates 
• Candidate objections.
• Results are issued based on the order of preference of the positions declared by each candidate, considering the interview score.
• Both provisional and results are issued.

Organizations that have chosen ORAMA HRMS Personnel Selection and Recruitment System have the ability to immediately publish announcements for the personnel they need, while reducing the process required up to the point of hiring to a minimum.

The ORAMA HRMS Selection and Recruitment System has already been installed in HEDNO and IPTO while it is estimated that the software will be used by other organizations in the following months. ORAMA HRMS is offered either as a Software as a Service (SaaS), based on announcement subscription or as Corporate Software perpetual licensed.
