The implementation of the project "Transformation of Consular Services Processes" for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been undertaken by the Union of Companies "VODAFONE PANAPHON S.A. - QUALITY & RELIABILITY S.A." from the Information Society (IS), with a total budget of €3,911,290.32 plus VAT. In the Union, Q&R participates with a 51% share, and Vodafone participates with a 49% share.
