Quality & Reliability Takes an Active Role at the DIGITALEUROPE Summer Summit 2025
As part of its strategic objective to expand into the European market, Quality & Reliability S.A. (QnR) participated in the DIGITALEUROPE Annual Summer Summit 2025, held on June 3–4 in Brussels. The DIGITALEUROPE Summer Summit 2025 brought together leading European policymakers, technology leaders, top industry executives, and experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities surrounding key topics such as Technology, Defense, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Europe.
It is worth noting that QnR was the only Greek technology company participating in the event as a member of DIGITALEUROPE.

What is the EU AI Act?
The EU AI Act is the regulatory framework established by the European Union for Artificial Intelligence. Its aim is to promote human-centric and trustworthy AI, safeguard fundamental rights, and foster innovation through a unified legal framework.

It is the first comprehensive regulatory framework for AI at a global level and divides AI applications into three risk categories:
- Prohibited Applications
- High-Risk Applications
- Low or No-Risk Applications

Presentation of the Integrated Information System for the Court of Audit
Quality & Reliability successfully presented the Integrated Information System (IIS) for the Court of Audit at the Ministry of Justice, implemented as part of the broader digital transformation of the Justice sector.
During the presentation, Dr. Panagiotis Paschalakis, CEO of the company, emphasized the new system’s contribution to transparency, efficiency, and the effective administration of justice.

undertakes the
digital modernization
of OSE and OPEKA
with two flagship
projects.
QnR is leading the way in the digital modernization of the public sector, undertaking two major projects
for OSE, the development of a modern Maintenance Registry Information System for the railway infrastructure,
and for OPEKA, the creation of an integrated information system
to support administrative and financial operations, as well as the Agricultural Home Account (LAE).

QnR S.A. undertakes the development and upgrade of the Electronic Procurement & Negotiation System of EKAPY (National Central Health Procurement Authority).
QnR is implementing a new Negotiation & Procurement System for the National Central Health Procurement Authority (EKAPY), as part of the AIGIS program, funded by the European Investment Bank.
The project will include an e-marketplace, electronic negotiation capabilities,
a web portal for users and suppliers, a reporting and data management system, as well as access and user management features.
