Christos Bintzas is a senior technology and business operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading technology and solutions delivery, operations, and digital transformation across complex multinational organisations. He has held leadership positions at Netcompany, Munich Re HealthTech and Telefónica, with responsibility for complex delivery portfolios, P&L and budget management, strategic customers and partners, and multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographies. His experience spans both the public and private sectors, with particular expertise and involvement in large-scale digital transformation programmes and technology-enabled business operations across Telecommunications, Health, Health Insurance and Justice.

Christos holds a Bachelor's degree and a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, as well as a postgraduate degree in Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
