Nikos Samonakis is an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer, holding a degree in Business Administration (University of Piraeus), a Master’s in Finance and Accounting from Athens University of Economics & Business, and a certification from the Association of Certified Public Accountants (ACCA).

He has extensive experience in multinational companies and complex corporate groups, with a strong focus on financial strategy, capital management, investment decision-making, and M&A support.

He has led the financial operations of multi-entity groups, securing funding and grants, ensuring IFRS compliance, and driving financial transformation within technology companies. He maintains active engagement with investors and financial institutions, supporting the Group’s strategic growth.
