As part of this expansion, Q&R Financial Services has entered into a strategic partnership with a top-tier ecosystem of technology suppliers, offering cutting-edge solutions across a wide range of banking operations. This enables the company to support the digital transformation of Banking and Financial Institutions in Greece and the broader region.

The core objective of these new services is to advise and assist financial institutions in enhancing their digital capabilities, optimizing their operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through state-of-the-art technological solutions.

The new initiative is staffed with a dynamic team of senior executives with extensive banking and technology expertise, specializing in:

The new division will be led by Christos Dallis, an industry expert with over 25 years of experience in financial services. He possesses extensive knowledge of banking operations, with a specialized focus on capital markets, investment and treasury management, settlement and transaction processing, as well as portfolio valuation, accounting representation, and risk management.

Mr. Christos Dallis has held key positions, including Risk Management and Financial & Investment Operations Director at the National Bank of Greece (NBG), as well as a Board Member of National Securities S.A. and NBG International Holdings B.V. He has also served as Regional Client Services Manager for Central & Eastern Europe at Temenos, where he contributed to banking transformation projects for major global financial institutions, including ING, Credit Suisse, and Nordea.

He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), specializing in industrial management and business economics. He also holds an M.Sc. (Econs) in Operational Research and Information Systems from the London School of Economics (LSE) and has completed the Developing Leadership in Global Banking program at INSEAD.
